Our journey to find the ultimate grilling hero has taken us across the globe, but we found it right at home in the dense hardwoods of South America. Our star player, the Axe-Breaker wood – or Quebracho Blanco – outshone all others. Our top-notch charcoal boasts a string of A-list qualities that will make your grill sizzle with joy. Here are just a few reasons why:

We’re all about ethical sourcing, so we only use leftover wood from forest maintenance in the north of Argentina. Our small town of Machagai is home to the wood industry, and using leftover wood is our way of giving back to the environment while serving up some serious grilling goodness.
